These Cairns are over 4,000 years old and were built to house the dead. The site is still a sacred place in the landscape for millennia, and provides many clues to the beliefs of Bronze Age society

Day 7: Enjoy our Monster 66 route around the famous Loch Ness
Stop At: Loch Ness, Scotland
Enjoy our special Monster 66 route around Loch Ness Region, but to start the day off we will take a cruise on Loch Ness. We will hear the history of Loch Ness and hopefully get a possible sighting of "Nessie". We will then carry on around the Loch and travel back to Inverness via South shore of Loch Ness where we will take a stop at the Falls of Foyers.

Day 8: Journey to the Isle of Skye

Day 9: Journey from Skye to Oban
Stop At: Glenfinnan Viaduct, Glenfinnan Scotland
There will be some time at leisure this morning to explore Skye. We will then leave the Isle of Skye behind and take the ferry from Armadale to Mallaig and then onto Oban. There will be some free time in Mallaig and if you are lucky there is a possibility to see the Jacobite steam train leave the Mallaig station or pass over the Glenfinnan Viaduct
