12 years old our family business has grown from strength to strength. Winning Gold Medals at International level makes us very proud. We are also in the Lonley Plannet guide for our acheivements for Tourism. After or before the tasting you can visit the Big Pit mining museum fo an underground tour. This is free but there is a charge for parking.

We will explain about the family business, you will be able to see the production area. I will guide you through a cheese tasting of a range of our cheeses, with a tipple at the end!!
